How does Naturopathy work?

Naturopathy uses a natural healing process which seeks to create health by eliminating the imbalance (or disease) that produced the illness in the first place. This process begins with the premise that the body is designed to heal itself, given the appropriate support.

A consultation is carried out and a structured plan using Iridology, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Supplementation, Alternative Therapies and  Lifestyle Changes. Because our approach is holistic, we consider your entire health history and will tailor a plan based on your individual needs.

Your naturopathy treatment will include different approaches designed to suit your particular needs, careful planning and timing of treatments, using minimal intervention to remove the obstacles to good health.
